Our Policy
All products sold by VendHub are digital products delivered instantly by email. Due to the nature of digital goods — which cannot be "returned" once received — we generally do not offer refunds after a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.
By completing a purchase on our site, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and agree to this refund policy.
When We Do Issue Refunds
We will offer a full refund or replacement in the following situations:
- Corrupted or unreadable file — if the file you received is damaged and cannot be opened or used
- Wrong product delivered — if you received a different product than what you ordered
- Product not delivered — if you never received your email confirmation and product after purchase, and our resend attempt also fails
- Significant misdescription — if the product is materially different from its description on the product page
When We Do Not Issue Refunds
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake
- You no longer need the product
- You claim non-receipt but our records show the email was successfully delivered
- The product does not meet subjective expectations not stated in the description
EU Consumer Rights
Under EU consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. However, this right does not apply when:
- The digital content has already been delivered, and
- You have given your prior express consent to delivery before the withdrawal period ends, and
- You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins
By completing your purchase and confirming checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal upon delivery.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the conditions above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at contact@vendhub.store with:
- Your order reference number
- The email address used at checkout
- A description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence if applicable
We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks for products that were correctly delivered as described may result in your access being revoked and the matter being disputed.
